I just had my v6 repaired and serviced. With 3 girls and a dog in the house it’s fair to say that the hoover is regularly used and it’s normally full of hair! Since getting it back it’s working like new again. Would highly recommend and much cheaper to get it serviced every now and then rather than buying new!

I’ve just got my dc04 back from the Dyson Hub, amazing transformation. Apparently the clutch had gone. It’s come back spotlessly clean and working as good as if it were new.
The staff are friendly and really helpful and I would recommend anyone to take their Dyson to the Hub. Thanks again.

Went in today to find out why my dyson was not working very well. They found a blockage and reminded me hoe to clean. Will definitely take it back for a service in new year.

I'm quite sceptical about reading reviews on home pages however I feel that i must leave feedback about Dyson Hub. I dropped of a well used and getting old dirty battered and not fully functioning Dyson DC24. The Dyson was on its last legs and consideration was given to renewing it with another Dyson or Shark machine however I chose to give Dyson Hub a chance first as it was the cheapest option and so I had nothing to lose. I dropped of the machine the following day and received a phone call 5 days later saying it was ready to collect and that the machine was repaired. Amazing, I picked up a machine that was to all intensive purposed almost new looking.........Dyson Hub had cleaned the machine inside and out, repaired the revolving brush and switch and all done quickly and with a refreshing cheery attitude. Well done. The machine cleans like it was new many years ago and I feel that I should have used them sooner, all I can say is that i recommend Dyson Hub in Havant with 100% conviction and that I believe you wouldn't regret it. Well done to all involved.

This place has got customer service nailed I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I had the head replaced on my dc25 and had a few electrical faults since. I have had to take the machine back twice over the last 6 months. I have been given a replacement while I waited and they have sorted the problem at no extra charge. Thanks again what a great service

Full marks to Dyson and Ben of the Havant Branch, re after sales service and customer care.
My wife and I turned up late on a Sunday afternoon only to find that we had missed the closing time, and faced a locked gate! – However, Ben, being part of the team seeing our disappointment, very kindly opened the store back up again for us and produced the crucial part in seconds, from the extensive range in stock.
